It has been months since Golden Gate Properties took over management of my property. From the day they took the property they immediately prepared the disclosure for AB 1482. I was shocked that my past manager did not mention a thing about this law, and that I was required to provide my tenants a disclosure. At this point, I was very happy with the choice I made. I'm blown away with their process and how quickly they respond to work order requests from the tenants. My tenants have submitted close to a dozen work orders in the first month and they were ALL handled so quickly by the Golden Gate Team. I've referred them to the person who originally referred my last manager.
